The Fall
officially my new favourite movie. holy shit. visually: the best thing ever made. story-wise:
amazing. the acting: officially best performance from a child actor.
also, i have feelings for lee pace teehee. again, i watched this a second time
within like 1 or 2 weeks of the first time i saw it. sooo glad mubi is picking it up and rereleasing it bc it is
a task and a half to find this movie

Mad Max: Fury Road
I watched this back and 2015 and didnt remember much. none of it was bad,
but I would say that there were only some parts that i actually enjoyed. i guess it just wasnt for me
- In Bruges
Challengers
I watched this twice within the same week. first of all, best soundtrack of all time.
second of all, is it appropriate to moan at the theatre? asking for a friend.
- In Bruges
- Cruel Intentions
Love Lies Bleeding
i greatly enjoyed the muscles and blood. however, much of the rest of the movie
was a bit disappointing
Dune: Part Two
loved it. unfortunately, i cannot see timothee chalamet as anyone other than timothee chalamet
Anatomy of a Fall
lusting
Power of the dog
I was expecting... more. i think i saw too many edits/comparisons of it with Stoker,
which is one of my favourites, and so it set the bar way too high

it just kept getting better
- Killers of the Flower Moon
2023

Idiomatic (aka Jättekiva)
idk where to start. this series hold the most special of special places in my heart. season 1 is a lot more fun than season 2, but season 2
is fantastic in its own heartfelt way as the characters mature. i didnt know i could feel this way about a show. also it is exactlyyyy my + my family's brand
of humour that the characters speak in, so it was funny to see familiar conversations/quips. fun fact, my parents knew the actor that plays the dad when they lived
in finland and were good friends with his brother!

- Tetris
- The Holdovers
2022
